I contracted with Mark and Utmost for two projects. He completed a small interior remodel ($20,000) and a large exterior renovation ($100,000+) for me at my former job. His name is on the top of a short list of Contractors I intend to use at my new job. My projects were completed on time, punch lists were satisfied, and costs were managed. Work was warranted and a year after the larger project was completed his crew returned to make a “fix” that was actually a manufactures defect, but Mark stood behind it.
