I just wanted to send you this note, to let you know how much we here at Southeast, Inc. appreciated the work your company, Utmost Construction, recently performed at our Men’s Shelter.  The shelter, located at 924 E. Main Street, Columbus Ohio, not only looks better, but is now safe and leak free!

Your company was hired based on the fact that your proposal was not only unique, but was the most comprehensive, and the best overall quote for the project.  Your quote was the only one to waterproof the area of the building where block and brick come together.  This had been a problem area for quite some time.

Southeast, Inc. is very happy with the results of the tuck pointing of the building.   I appreciate that you offered more than one solution to take care of the issues that were discovered, once the project was started.  I also liked that you were honest, in regards to the likely consequences of each consideration. The building has been transformed from one that looked like it was old and tired, to a very nice looking exterior.

Your crew was very friendly, helpful, and cooperative with me.  As you know, I visited the project site several times, and your guys always took time to let me know how the project was progressing.  They were very professional, and did their jobs in a manner that reflects great credit upon you, and your company.

Finally, our CEO, Bill Lee, and I wanted to say thank you very much for the donation to Southeast, Inc.  As you know, Southeast, Inc. is a non profit organization.  We rely on donations and grants from many companies and individuals, such as you and your company.  We offer many services to those who are very much in need, but cannot afford to pay. The donation is not only very kind, but very much appreciated.
