Three Year Warranty Offered by Utmost Renovations

Three Year WarrantyIf you have ever had masonry restoration such as tuckpointing or masonry repairs or re-caulking of windows done on your home or building you own or manage, then you know how costly it can be. The last thing you want to deal with is improper preparation and application performed by a contractor you hired to do the project and the work fail almost immediately. Utmost Renovations likes to to do it right the first time, every time. We are so  confident of our services, quality and craftmanship that we go the extra mile to make it right. This is why we offer a three year warranty on workmanship for most larger projects and ten to twenty (10-20) year material warranties on many of the materials and products we use to make your property look great and remain water-tight for years.

In fact, I am unaware of any local competitor of mine that offers such a strong workmanship warranty to the public or even its repeat customers. After nearly twenty (20) years in the industry and the founding of the company we have offered two (2) year warranties on most all projects and three year warranties on most larger projects for both commercial and residential projects. Granted, depending on the scope of work, what the owner of the building can afford, etc. it affects the warranty one can offer. If specific steps or repairs are not made, that are needed, they can and often will impact the finished product such as only spot-tuckpointing or spot-caulking, then no one can guarantee the work will last as existing and remaining problems adversely effect the new work. If the work is done right and under optimal conditions, then usually a three year warranty is a viable option.

If you are able to rest assured that 1) the contractor you hire is reputable and will be in business for the foreseeable future (this is very important), 2) the scope of work is thorough and required for the repairs to work as specified and last a long time, 3) the workmanship and material warranties are of a longer term than any other of its competitors, and 4) the price is fair and the company adds value to the project, then why would you not hire that company? Another thing to consider is what is the track record of the company offereing such great warranties? Do they return calls timely, are they well respected, are they financially strong, do they service you timely if there is a problem with the workmanship and something fails in the first two to three (2-3) years? Or do they lack in any of these areas? If so, be wary.

Although we try to do it right every time, we are not perfect and have had a few failures though small and inconsequential. But more importantly, we have always made it right and fixed it to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely manner. You can’t ask for more than that in an imperfect world. We take pride in our ability to follow through and 99% or more of the time we do the job right the first time. On those few occasions there has been a problem we have made it right for our customers. I’m not certain how many of our competitors can state the same claim. Hence, we have a very high retention rate. We do what we say we will do and we do it well!
