My chimney was starting to come apart, the stucco was falling off and the block underneath was separating, the crown was crumbling and pieces were falling to the ground, it was becoming dangerous. I contracted with Utmost to do the demolition and rebuild of the upper part of the chimney, build a new crown, tuck point, re-stucco and paint it to match the rest of the stucco on the house. |They were very thorough, friendly and neat as they worked. It took approximately 5 days to complete the job. They had the most competitive price, and offered a 3yr warranty on the workmanship which was more than the other bidders. Once completed I was amazed at the job, it looked like a brand new chimney, the house was built in 1973, and the stucco pattern was perfectly matched and once done they cleaned up all the debris, swept the driveway and removed the scaffolding. This is one of the best contractors I have worked with through Angies List.
