They were very professional and efficient. Mark came for an estimate soon after I contacted Utmost. Their price was reasonable and with the great quality work and the efficiency I would say it totally worth every penny we spent. After you paid the down payment, Bruce and his subcontractors will come to fix the house. They were very friendly, professional and always clean after themselves. At the end of the job, we did the final walk through with Bruce. We addressed some minor issues and Bruce was able to fix them right away. Overall, it was a great experience with Utmost renovation.
