I contracted with Mark and Utmost for two projects. He completed a small interior remodel ($20,000) and a large exterior renovation ($100,000+) for me at my former job. Work was warranted and a year after the larger project was completed his crew returned to make a “fix” that was actually a manufactures defect, but Mark stood behind it. His interior and exterior crews were always professional and took extra measures to make sure workers and tenants safety and property were always protected.
