Chemical cleaned building, patched and stained spalled stone using Mimic by Matrix, sealed stone foundation, wrapped old stain glass windows using break metal to match existing, restored clock and bell tower via wood replacement, priming and painting, installed new bird-netting, major tuckpointing of brick and stone mortar joints using an historical mortar mix matching existing texture and color, replaced bell tower windows using new storefront system, repaired water damaged plaster and detailed molding on interior of court house and painted plaster and drywall where repaired, caulked skylights and all exterior window perimeters, performed concrete replacement, and patched concrete using ComProCo Concrete Systems, replaced roofing tiles and damaged slate tiles on roofs and bell tower, and re-set coping stones.
